I spent good amount of time on the book because once I picked up the book, I realized that some sort of everyone's professional challenges (especially managers) are addressed in it.
The book is very well written. Precise to the topics and unambiguous. Book is also not very bulky and it doesn't eat a lot of your time by lengthy introductions. Writer has shared his experience driven insight.
Book is not for all readers. If you are seeking professional help on certain topics (need to refer to index of the book) you can definitely refer it.
Synopsis:
How will you build a dedicated team?
How you bring joy and reduce unhappiness in the team?
Where to work on team members (strengths or weakness)?
How to establish processes and when to remove?
How to drive the team towards a common goal (an amazing product or dedicated support)?
and a lot more.
Best of luck "Gal Zellermayer"
